The Atlanta office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) has announced that it will build a new 614,880-square-foot industrial building in Camp Creek Business Center. Located southwest of Atlanta just off I-285 near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

4909 North Commerce Drive is being built on 33.11 acres just off North Commerce Drive. The cross-dock building will include 36′ clear height, 54ʼ x 50ʼ column spacing, and 125 dock doors. The building will be served by two points of ingress/egress. There will also be 337 automobile parking spaces and 125 trailer parking spaces.
