What services do you offer?

SKB Industries, Inc. is a full service landscape maintenance and installation company. We feature a maintenance program that includes weekly mowing and detail work, pruning crews, floriculture design, installation and maintenance, irrigation monitoring and maintenance, watering crews, certified spray applicators, total nutrient and soil amendment programs, soil sampling, tree work, leaf removal crews, mulching crews, weed control, parking lot sweeping and storm cleanup crews. The program includes weekly on-site quality control evaluations by your territory manager. The installation division includes a veteran team of managers and superintendents that have participated in some of the largest and most visible construction projects in Atlanta. Hydroseeding and erosion control work are a large part of what we do. We install plants and irrigation systems. We subcontract or partner with some of the top hardscape companies in Atlanta. The Sales and Estimating department will work closely with you to perfect a price based on documents provided by you. We are affiliated with several of the top landscape architectural firms in Atlanta who will work with us on a design/build to deliver you a cost effective landscape to meet and exceed county development codes. Our efforts have won major awards in our industry. We also offer a water use analysis by a certified irrigation specialist to help determine the proper use of your systems. Our advice is free to our customers but we also offer consulting services to present plans and specifications to county regulators and boards or to analyze your property for problems and value.

What size maintenance jobs will you handle?

We "handle" commercial customers only with a minimum charge of $350.00 per month on maintenance up to the largest jobs in the Atlanta metro area. Our billing ranges from accounts of $4200.00 per year up to the $200,000.00 plus per year.

What size installation projects do you perform?

Again, we serve customers and their needs vary of course. We might send a crew to plant a few shrubs here and there because the customer is in a jam and needs it done. We have handled projects up to $800,000.00 in total billing and our average size job is $75,000.00
