SKB History
SKB Industries, Inc. is celebrating over thirty years in the landscape business here in Atlanta. Steven K. Bell, started the company in 1978, maintaining the landscape at the Tahoe Apartments for Johnstown Properties in Clarkston. Steve then started an installation division to serve his existing customers as SKB grew. SKB evolved into the full service company you now know with five divisions currently employing 80 to 90 people on any given week. SKB is a reflection of the owner and has survived and thrived over the years because we always honor our commitments.
Our extensive list of projects include 1996 Olympic Stadium & Cheney Olympic Stadium, Olympic field hockey stadium, Turner field, Dobbs Plaza, South Fulton Medical Center, Georgia International Plaza, GWCC.
The relationships we have built with customers, not necessarily with companies but with people, serve us well as has our relationships with the vendors and suppliers that allow us to deliver a quality product to these customers.
Being professional means to us a continued education in the methods and practices of what we do for a living. Our experience over the last thirty years in construction and maintenance has sharpened our programs and best practices.
